Emerald Desert Golf and RV Resort is a five-star, 55+ age restricted RV resort with a nine-hole executive golf course and numerous other recreational amenities. It is located on a 82 acre site in the exclusive resort area of Palm Desert, CA.

This project was acquired in partnership with Andrew Spencer Properties LLC who intend to re-entitle the site for approximately 750 single family lots and sell it “en bloc” to a home builder.
