This 222,291 square foot class “A” office tower located in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia, was acquired in 2001 and fully leased on a long-term basis to AMEC. The building received the prestigious Urban Development Institute (UDI) award for design and a Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Toby award for excellence in management and energy efficiency. The building was owned by a Parian Real Estate Limited Partnership and managed by Parian Management Corp. until 2004 at which time it was sold to a major Canadian pension fund.
